Do You Need a Realtor or an Investor?
One of the biggest questions I always get is, "Do I need a realtor, or an Investor?" Now, it depends. There are Pro's and Cons to each method so I'll guide you through the pitfalls of both.
Realtor
With a Realtor, you'll statistically get a higher price, but that's only half of the story. Usually you'll have to wait an average of 60 days to close and get your money, and the buyer can back our any time due to something in the inspection (Or demand you fix it), or the deal can fall through if the buyer cant qualify for the mortgage. your Options now are to put it back on the market. A lot of times this makes sense and fits a persons situation, and if that's the case, I personally recommend the agent that I use, Schuyler Goines. You can contact him at 413-212-2458, or if you can't wait 60 days or have other reasons for selling, keep reading....
Investor
The first rules of working with investors, is there are no rules... you can be as creative as you like and there's some little known strategies that we can employ.
